Franklin Francisco…he and his wife Karen have two children, Franklin Jr. (9/8/05) and Amelisse (1/27/09)…has participated in several of the Rangers’ Hispanic outreach initiatives…played amateur baseball in his native Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
